Winter is here and Christmas is just around the corner. This is the best time of year for hot cocoa. I want to tell you about Pizzelle's Drinking Chocolate. I purchased a can one dreary weekend and decided to make some to enjoy for some Sunday self-care. I put on my favorite cozy pajamas and proceeded to make the cocoa. I used 1 cup whole milk and 1/2 cup of the chocolate and simmered it in a small saucepan per the directions. You do not want to use a microwave because the chocolate mix comes in the form of tiny cocoa nibs which take longer to melt. I am sure you can use your milk of choice, but I wanted to keep it traditional. ![]() Just look at the texture. This is not your everyday hot chocolate. The end result is so creamy and chocolatey. WARNING! You will never want to go back to powdered cocoa mix again. If you do not live in Huntsville, do not worry because they ship. Run, don't walk and get your drinking chocolate today.

I purchased a can one dreary weekend and decided to make some to enjoy with my hands wrapped around a warm mug of hot chocolate. Bonus points if that hot chocolate is topped with freshly whipped cream and a heavy sprinkle of chopped dark chocolate, Thank you, amazing post!
