What does it mean to be a "Boutique Cake Artist?
A Boutique Cake Artist uses cake as a medium for art expression. I believe that the cake should look as good as it tastes. Each cake is transformed to a work of art to reflect the personality of the cake's recipient or tell a story through cake. My philosophy is that each cake should be as unique as the person who receives it and that no cake should be replicated.

Why does a specialty and wedding cake carry the same investment?
  • We believe that all of our cake is art and good things take time.
  • Whether it is specialty or for a wedding, the same time, resources and talent are poured into each creation.

When should I place my order?
  • We accept a limited amount of orders each month to ensure that we deliver a quality product to our clients. The earlier you book your cake, the better.
  • Wedding Cakes can be booked up to one year in advance to ensure availability for your date.
  • Specialty Cakes require a minimum of two weeks notice
  • April and May fill up quickly with wedding and graduation requests, so place your order as soon as possible.
  • Artisan Cake and Cupcake orders should be placed with a week's notice
  • We reserve the right to not accept any order if our schedule is booked

Do you decorate with fresh flowers?
I do not for the following reasons
  • Not all flowers are safe and can have pesticides which can come in contact with the cake
  • I specialize in making sugar flowers which are food safe and do not wilt.

How much cake should I order?
  • Please see our serving guide here.

How do I secure a Dessert Fork Cake for my event?
  • Once your contract terms are finalized, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the cake request.
