What does it mean to be a "Boutique Cake Artist?
A Boutique Cake Artist uses cake as a medium for art expression. I believe that the cake should look as good as it tastes. Each cake is transformed to a work of art to reflect the personality of the cake's recipient or tell a story through cake. My philosophy is that each cake should be as unique as the person who receives it and that no cake should be replicated.

- Specialty Cakes require a minimum of two weeks notice
- April and May fill up quickly with wedding and graduation requests, so place your order as soon as possible.
- Artisan Cake and Cupcake orders should be placed with a week's notice
- We reserve the right to not accept any order if our schedule is booked
Do you decorate with fresh flowers?
I do not for the following reasons
- Not all flowers are safe and can have pesticides which can come in contact with the cake
- I specialize in making sugar flowers which are food safe and do not wilt.
